Casa De Verano (The Summer House) is a stylish detached Fuerteventura villa based on a traditional Canarian house design with off street parking, It is situated 3km outside of the main resort of Corralejo in the north of the island and is essentially private without being isolated. A car is recommended to make the most of this beautiful island.

Fuerteventura villa has two bedrooms, one spacious master double bedroom with a sofa bed and a large twin bedroom. The bathroom has a bath, an over bath shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The living area is spacious with a dining area at one end, and the lounge area at the other, with seating for upto 6 persons on two large leather sofas. It is equipped with a 32" PLASMA TV, SAT SYSTEM with news and 24hr movies, DVD, HiFi system, PLAY STATION 2 with games and now has Internet Access with WIFI throughout. There is also many Books Cd's and Board Games for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is separate from the living area and is fully fitted and equipped with modern appliances and utensils including a coffee percolator, Microwave and breakfast bar. There is also a separate utility room with a Washing Machine and room to store surf boards and beach gear.

The lounge area leads out onto a large patio which enjoys the Fuerteventura sun for most of the day and is bordered by a mature planted garden with table, chairs and BBQ area which is perfect for `al fresco` dining. There is also a Hot Tub and sun loungers for total relaxation. To the front, the villa has a planted garden and Off-Street Parking.

Inside The Villa

Bedroom 1 Has a Kingsize bed, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, Sofa Bed and a hair dryer.

Bedroom 2 Has two single beds, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and a hair dryer.

Bathroom: The large, fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over bath shower, WC, bidet and hand basin it also has a large vanity mirror and shaving sockets.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Complete with large fridge freezer, oven, hob, Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils that will hopefully make your stay at Casa De Verano like a home from home.

Lounge: The light and modern lounge area has 2 large leather sofas, 32" TV, Free Sat System, WiFi Internet Access, DVD player, DAB mini Hi-Fi system & PLAY STATION 2 It opens out onto the large patio area. CD`s, DVD`s, GAMES and books are also available for your use. Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly.

Utility Room: The villa has an external utility room with a washing machine, clothes lines and safe storage for surf boards etc.

Outside The Villa

Outside Fuerteventura villa has off-street parking to the front and to the rear has a large private garden which catches the all day sun. There is comfortable Rattan Furniture to relax in the shade with Loungers to soak up the sun, and when you feel like cooling off there is a refreshing outdoor shower.

The large BBQ Area is perfect for Alfresco Dining and enjoying the warm Fuerteventura nights. Table and chairs are provided as well a Luxurious Hot Tub to end your evening under the stars whilst sipping a well earned G&T.

A Supermarket, English Sports bar showing all football matches with games room and pool tables, Cafe bar, cinema and childrens' play areas are all within 2 minutes walk. There is also a 5 aside football/basketball pitch 5 minutes walk away. Buses run into Corralejo from the main entrance @ 1.15 euro & taxis @ 5euros.

COAST/BEACH

Fuerteventura Beaches.

Casa de Verano is a 5 minute drive from the famous Fuerteventura sand dunes and Flag Beach, which is popular with water sport enthusiasts and sunbathers alike. There are numerous idyllic beaches to explore including the lagoons of El Cotillo 10 minutes and the surf at Majanicho on the north shore 10 minutes.
