The villa is rented on a weekly basis from Wednesday to Wednesday (other chageover days may be available) rates are based on the number of persons sharing & are inclusive of utilities such as electricity and water.

Clean bed linen and towels are provided and linen is changed weekly.

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 for each week reserved is required to confirm the booking.

The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to departure then full payment is required.

Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges apply :

More than 6 weeks notice - Loss of deposit

4 - 6 weeks notice - 25% of balance will be charged.

2 - 4 weeks notice - 50% of balance will be charged

1 - 2 weeks notice - 75 % of balance will be charged

Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of balance will be charged.

The villa will be available from 15.00pm on the day of your arrival and we would ask that you vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of your departure so our agent can prepare the accommodation for new arrivals.

A refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to cover any damages/breakages. This will be returned to you after your departure assuming no damages/breakages have occurred.

The villa is furnished to a high standard and we ask that  it be left in a similar condition in which it was found on arrival. Any breakages or damages that occur should be notified to our agent before your departure.

Guests must endeavour to respect the neighbourhood, not to disturb the peace and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm & 8am.

From time to time routine maintenance work and repairs have to be carried out in the area and on roads, therefore if public supplies should fail, such as water and electricity we do not accept liability but will do our best to rectify the problem as swiftly as possible.

We do not accept liability for any events or accidents which occur outside our direct control.
